Latin II - Roman Cities in Italy, but not in Rome: Filter Bubbles

Dr. Dunar's Research Project

Country Codes

Using "site" as a precurser to your search in Google limits results to URL that have IT as the country code.

'site:IT ruins Trento' for example, will bring results such as these:

trento description - Scienze Matematiche, Fisiche e Naturali

Brentonico: nature, rural architecture and war ruins - Trentino

Flavon: mixed architecture and castle ruins in Val di Non - Trentino

What is a filter bubble?

A filter bubble limits searches from aggregators to more specific information and sources. You know .com, .org, and .net. Here are a few more:

:edu returns pages from colleges and universities

:mil brings military pages

:gov is federal government

and by using a country code, your search will return only pages from that country. In this case, use IT for Italy. ruins Trento
